AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTACT
PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL PUBLIC CONTRACT LAW
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
determined that there exists within the Borough a need for
a C-3 Sewer Operator for the Engineering Department; and
WHEREAS, the employment of a C-3 Sewer Operator is a
professional service pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40A:11-5 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds within the 1995
Temporary Budget for this purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret that
ANTHONY STUPPIELLO
and the same is hereby designated as C-3 Operator for and
on behalf of the Borough of Carteret for an annual fee in
the amount of Twelve Thousand ($12,000.00) Dollars;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment is made as a
professional service under the provisions ~nd pursuant to
the Local Public Contract Law N.J.S.A. 40A.11-1 et seq.,
and that a notice of this action shall be printed once in
The News Tribune on January 24, 1995.
Adopted this 19th day of January,
1995 and certified as a true copy
of the original on January 20,
1995.

CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 19th day of January 1995
by and between: Anthony Stuppiello P. O. Box 271
Port Reading, N. J. 07064
and the Borou~h of Carteret a municipal corporation, having its
principal office at the Borough Hall , 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 95-31.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO PROVIDE C-3 SEWER OPERATOR
according to the terms set forth in the bids and specifications.
