SPECIAL MEETING
April 27, 2000
The Moab City Council held a special meeting on the above in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. In attendance were
Councilmembers Kirstin Peterson, Rob Sweeten, Gregg W. Stucki and
Kyle Bailey. Also present were City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City
Recorder Rachel Ellison and Community Development Coordinator
David Olsen.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was:
1) Approval of the Storm Drain Improvement Project Contract.
2) Budget Workshop between the Governing Body and City
Department Heads for FY 2000-2001 for all funds.
Councilmember Bailey moved to approve the Storm Drain Improvement
Project Contract. Councilmember Sweeten seconded the motion. The
motion carried 4-0 aye by a roll -call -vote.
Councilmember Lekarczyk arrived at 7:20 PM.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the budget for
fiscal year 2000-2001. Discussion followed between Councilmembers
and Department Heads.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special Meeting at 10:35 p.m.
