Trustees,AndersonAndrews,Gaffner,Newell and Dundas were present The Ordinance was read and discussed and the Clerk was instructed ! to have a conference with Mr Kelley and make the neccessary changes and corrections. Trustees, Anderson,Andrews, raffner,Hasbrouck and Newell present. Dundas absent. The Mayor then read proposed Ordinance No 80. in full. Gaffner moved, seconded by Andrews,That proposed Ordinance No.80 be adopted,Tlpon vote had,Anderson,Andrews, raffner,Hasbrouck and Newell voted YEA; Nay none; Dundas absent. A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY Mr. Hasbrouck as Mayor pro-tem at 8:00 P.M. Trustees,Anderson,Andrews,Gaffner and Newell were present. Minutes of the proceeding meetings read and approved. Mr Brew of the firm of Brew & Sydow addressed the board in regari to making a survey of the Town foe the purpose of making an estimate as to the proable cost of a sewer. Andrews moved, seconded by Gaffner, That Mr.Brew be given the pri- velege of making the survey.at: his own exp3nce ° ithout any obligation upon the part of The Town,All present vote YEA. Gaffner moved, seconded by Andrews, That an election be held April 4th, 1922 for the purpose of electing a Mayor to serve for ,the term of one year, and three trustees to serve for a term of two years each, All present vote YEA. Anderson moved, seconded by Andrews,That Mrs M.Riedel,Mrs.M.E. Kirby and Mr.C.H.Frye be appointed judges of the above mentioned election, All -resent vats YEA.
