A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND APPROVE THE SITE AND FLOOR PLAN FOR 609;E
MARENGO RD REMODELING PROJECT

WHEREAS, Freeman Construction owner of property at 607 E. Marengo Rd'. within the
.corporate boundaries of the City of Tiffin, Iowa: has submitted a request to remodel the building
and allow a bar -arid restaurant business at this location..

WHEREAS;'the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the site and floor plan and
made a favorable recommendation with the contingency *of approval by City Engineer office and
with the installation of the paved parking areas on the site plan.
WHEREAS,' the City:Council of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed the site plan`and floor plan and
reviewed recommendation, made by Planning and Zoning Commission,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council formally approves the site and floor
plan as. presented, and approved by the City Engineer as of September 15, 2010.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: Freeman Construction will obtain all building permits as
required by ordinance for the remodeling and access permits as required by the Iowa Department
of Transportation.
On this 151h day of September 2010, at a regularmeeting of the City Council,of Tiffin, Iowa Council

and made a motion for approval` The motion was seconded -by Council person Travis Weigert..

NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
Whereupon, with Five votes, Mayor Phillips declared the Resolution 2010-46 be adopted and
signified his approval of the same byaffixing,his signature thereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 151h day of September 2010.
