REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 17, 2000
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 6:47 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez and Byrd answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper,
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.

It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Richards and carried to
approve the following minutes:

Item #5: Warrant Register
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Chairman Byrd to adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 2000.21 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. ALLOWING AND
APPROVING THE DEMAND AND WARRANTS THEREFORE"

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by
