A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR INMTAT.T,&TION OF PUBLIC IN[P~VE~ AND
APPROVING WATER AND SEWER EXTENSIONS FOR TAVISTOCK FARMS
SECTIONS 3, 4, 5, AND 6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virg~n~a as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the Town an agreement (Form
PC-2) with Long Signature Homes, Inc., for ins*mllstion of public improvements shown on the plans
approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6.
SECTION H. The extension of municipal water and sewer works for Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6
of Tavistock Farms Development is approved in accordance with Sections 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town
Code.
SECTION III. Irrevocable bank letters of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
Perpetual Savings Bank, F.S.B. in the amounts of $202,133.00 for Section 3, $612,000.00 for Section 4,
$587,491.00 for Section 5, and $1,002,781.00 for Section 6 are approved as security to guarantee
inst~ll~tion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Tavisteck Farms Development.
