224.1 SUBJECT: ORGANIZATION AND POLICY
:1 OBJECTIVE:
Develop and maintain a nature oriented public park for environmental studies and
recreational use.
:2 AUTHORITY:
This procedure amended by City Council September 15, 2003.
:3 DIRECTION:
Parks Section Supervisor, as a classified employee, is responsible to the Parks &
Special Facilities Recreation Division Manager, or designee, for the supervision of the
Park.
:4 FUNCTIONS:
A. Develop the park as approved in the master landscape and development
plans.
B. Provide care and maintenance of the park grounds and facilities.
C. Provide visitor service and protection in the public's use of the park grounds
and facilities.
:5 FORMS:
None.
:6 COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
:7 REFERENCE:
