THE NEW BOARD OF TRUSTEES WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY MAYOR ELECT M.E.SMITH at 9: 00 P.M.F.R.rsiradot notary,administered the oath of office to the following, M.E.Smith,Mayor to serve one year. E.J .Oaffner, Trustee, to serve two years. C.D.Fullmer, Trustee,to serve two years. C.L.Burman, Trustee,to serve two years. Upon roll call the following members were present,Hasbrouck, Gaffner,Newell,Ful lmer and. Burman. Letter from Hendrie & Foithoff in regard to fire siren read Hasbrouck moved,seconded by Newell; That the siren be ordered on ten days trial,All present vote Yea. Mayor Smith reported that Mr Tom Hine had been requested to appear in Denver for an examination bt the Utilities Commission. Mayor Smith than appointed the following Committees to serve during the fiscal year,with the first named man as chairman in each committee. Buildings and Public Improvements. Anderson, Fullmer and Hasbrouck. Finance and Printing, Hasbrouck,Burman and Newell. Fire And Police. Gaf fner, Hasbrouck and Fullmer. Judiciary. Burman,Anderson and Gaffner. Streets,Parks and Cemetery. Newell,Burman and Andreson. Water Works. Fullmer,Newell and Gaffner. Mayor Pro-tem,Newell. Clean up day rafered to the Committee on Streets,Parks and Cemetery. Hasbrouck moved, seconded by Fullmer to ajourn subject to the call of the Mayor, All present vote Yea. attes . . . . . Clerk. • CALLED MEETING. April 19th,1922. A CALLED ..MEETING r OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY THE MAYOR at 8:00 P.m. for the purpose of hearing Mr.Brew & Mr. Sydow of Denver in regard to the sewer estimates prepared by them. Trustees; Hasbrouck, raffner,Newell,Fullmer and Burman were pre- : sent. Mayor Smith set the week begining Monday April 24th,as clean up week and ref eyed the arrangements to the Street & Alley Committee. Mayor Smith appointed. the Committee on Buildings and Public Improvements to make a canvass of the Town to find out how the citizens stand on the proposition of sewer construction.
