LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC.
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 5, 2000
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a regular Meeting at 11330 Bullis
Road on the above date at 6:35 p.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Directors Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez, and Richards answered the roll call. The roll
was called to open all agencies.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Clerk Hooper and
Treasurer Pygatt.
Clerk Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Item #5: Local Agency Formation Commissions- LAFCO Reforms
It was moved by Councilman Reyes, seconded by Councilman Byrd and carried to
authorize the following:
1. For a written request to be filed with the County of Los Angeles LAFCO
asking to be notified of all public meetings and public hearings relating to
the adoption or amendment of LAFCO's written policies and procedures
pursuant to Government Code Section 56300(a);
2. For a written request to be filed with the County of Los Angeles LAFCO
asking to be notified of all public meetings and public hearings relating to
the adoption of policies and procedures relating to lobbying disclosure
pursuant to Government Code Section 56300(b); and
3. For a written request to be filed with the County of Los Angeles LAFCO
asking to be notified of all public meetings and public hearings relating to
the adoption of policies and procedures relating to promoting logical and
orderly development within asphere-of-influence pursuant to Government
Code Section 56425(a).

It was moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Reyes to adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 2000.46 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMAND AND
WARRANTS THEREFORE"

It was moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Reyes to adopt and
receive and file the report.
RESOLUTION NO. 2000.47 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE TREASURERS' STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY"

ADJOURNMENT
- Having no further discussion, it was moved by Councilman Reyes, seconded by
Councilman Byrd to adjourn the meeting in memory of Sylvester Jacobs at 6:38 p.m.
