THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Vir~Aa as foilows:
A notice of public hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-105, by the Town of Leesburg
to the Official Zoning District Map to rezone from M-l, Industrial District to B-l, Community
Business District, 1.3 acres of ]and bounded by South Street on the north, Church Street on west
and Harrison Street on the east, shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on, February 23,
1989 and March 2, 1989 for public hearing on March 14, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
located at 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virgin~
