AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR
201 AND 203 I.F~ERTY STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virgin~ as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Enginee~ and Public Works for 201
and 203 Liberty Street.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for 201 and 203 Liberty Street is
approved in accordance with Sections 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION III. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney
from Sovran Bank NA in the amount of $10,297.00 is approved as security to guarantee inst~llstion of
the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Enginee~ and Public Works
for 201 and 203 Liberty Street.
SECTION IV. A cash payment in the amount of $849.50 is accepted in place of construction
of appro~dmntely 20 feet of curb, gutter and sidewalk on Liberty Street.
