A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING JOHN W. TOLBERT, Jla, AS COUNCIL
REPRESENTATIVE ON THE SELECTION COM]MITTEE
FOR COMPREHENSIVE MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES
WI-IE~, a request for proposal has been issued to select a comprehensive materials
testing firm to provide testing services for the Town of Leesburg Municipal Government Center;
and
WHEREAS, Section 8.2-5 of the Town's Purchasing Policy requires that a member of the
Town Council serve on the Comprehensive Materials Testing Selection Review Committee:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Mr. John W. Tolbert, Jr., is appointed to serve as the Council's representative on the
Comprehensive Materi~i~ Testing Services Review Committee.
