Trustees;Gaf fner,nee: ell,5urman,Hasbrouck,Fullmer and Anderson. were present. Minutes of the preceeding meeti rgs read and approved. Letter from the 'Veiland Eng Co read. Repair of sidewalks discussed . Gravel hauling discussed and refered to the proper Committee. street sprinkling discussed and Dr. . Anderson in_formeo. the ?oard that he would try to employ a man for that purpose. Mayor Szlith read a petition handdd to him by Mr Giradot consist- ing of names of property owners who opposed the sewer. Mr.Brew addressed the Board in regard to the sewer. Report of Fire & Police Committee. Gaffner moved, seconded by Newei1; That the office of Town Marshall be declared vacant on the 15th day of June 1922.Upon ballot there were the following votes cast, Six (6) Yeas, No (0I Nays.Mayor gmith declared the motion carried. Anderson moved, seconded by Fullmer; That the Board vote upon the applications of Mr F.T.Blakesley and Yr E.Kelley for the office of Town Marshall to serve at the will and Measure of the Board. Upon ballot Mr Blakesley received Five (5) votes and Yr.Yelley received One (1) vote,Mayor Smith declared Yr E.7.Plakesley elected to the office of Town Marshall to serve at tie will and pleasure of the Poard of Trustees taking over the duties of that { office the 16th day of dune 1b22.
