AUTHOR/ZING AN AI/D1TING SERVICES CONTRACT ~ TOUCHE ROSS
AND COMPANY
WHEREAS, propozals were solicited from certified public accounting firms to provide the town
with auditing services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1989 through 1991; and
WHE~, of the proposals received Touche Ross and Company was determined to be the firm
best qualified to provide the town with these services for the term indicated.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized to execute a contract with Touche Ross and Company for the
purpose of providing the town with auditing services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1989 through
1991. The scope of their services will be those contained in their March 10, 1989, proposal with not
to eiceed fees of $20,000, $21,000 and $22,000 for the three years respectively, plus out-of-pocket
expenses of up to $1,000 per year.
