A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRTISTEFS WAS CALLED TO
ORDER BY THE MAYOR'.at 8:00 P .M.
Trustees, Anderson, Hasbrouck,Burman and Gaffner were
present.
Minutes of the preceeding .nesting read, Anderson moved, ._
seconded by Hasbrouck, That the minutes 'be ap-roved as read,
All present vote Yea.
Monthly report of Water Forks read.
Letter from the setbman Electric & Mfg.Co. read and
discussed.Fasbro3ck moved, seconded- by Gaffner, That the Clerk
be instructed to write the Sethman Electric A. ?tfg.Co . ,
Ztateing that it is the unanimous opinion of the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Ault, That the Town of Ault does not
owe the Sethman Electric 8! Mfg.Co . anything and request that
they be not annoyed by further letters from the Sethman
Flec trio g• fg.Co.All present vote Yea.
Transfer of Funds from the Park, Street & Alley and Fire
Funds to the Water Works Revenue Fund for water used by .the
Town for Park ^urposes, Staeet sprinkling and Hydrat rental
discussed.
