RE: June meeting
Since there are no pending developments or work that requires immediate attention, John & I agreed
to cancel the June 3 mectiag. HOWEVER, we will definitely be meeting Tuesday, July 1. If this is
a conflict for anyone, please contact me immediately so I can reschedule..
Enclosed are some text amendments we will need to schedule for the July public hearing. The few
amendments to the watershed regulations are mandated by the state & must be completed by late
August. The amendments to the Economic Development District manual are currently under review
by the County and they expect to have them adopted in early August. Please review them and be
ready to send them to public hearing at the July meeting. If anyone does not have the EDD manual,
please call & I will get you one.
The other work planned (studying multi -family housing) can be picked up in July as well. Be thinking
about the kinds of information needed or helpful for your study.
The Census is coming June 3
if you live inside the city,
please answer your door when the Census worker comes by!
