WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by St. Joseph School H.S.A., St. Joseph
R. C. Church and Little Carteret League and St. Bemetrius Ukrainian
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that
the members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to asist are bona fide members of
the applicant (s); and
WHEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
aCCordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of' the Legalized Games of Chance Control

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby author/zed and
