LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC.
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 1, 2001 .
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting at 11330 Bullis
Road on the above date at 6:35 p.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Directors Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper, and
TreasurerPygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Item# 4: MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS:
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to approve the
minutes.

Item# 5: PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION -TELECOMMUNICATION
Existing law gives the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) supervisory and
regulatory power over all public utilities within California and to do whatever is
necessary to exercise this power and jurisdiction.
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by director Byrd and carried to receive and
file.
Item# 6: WARRANT REGISTER
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd to adopt Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2001.011
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING
AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS THEREFORE
