RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-106 by T-C Ventures shall be
published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice shall be published on April 20 and April 27, 1989,
for public hearing on May 9, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Streelg S.W.,
