Fullmer moved, seconded by Anderson , That the bills be
allowed as read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for
the same, All present vote Yea.
The Clerk .read the report in regard to the condition
of ash pits in the Town and was instructed to notify
those having defective pits to repair them according to
the Ordinance in regard to ash pits.

The Clerk as instructed to purchase a small Fire Foam
fire extniguisher for the later Works plant.
Restrictions in regard to the children attending the
schools in useing the Park was discussed.
Hasbrouck moved, seconded by Androson to ajourn subject
to the call of the Mayor, All present vote Yea
Mayor.

TO ORDER BY THE MAYOR at 8 :00 P.M. for the purpose of
r.laking the tax levy for the coming- year and to transact ,
such other business as might properly come before the „

Trustees,Anderson, Gaffner,Eurman, Fullmer,Hasbrouck
and iNesall were present.
The Mayor addressed. the meeting and gave the opinions
of Mr. WM.R.Kelly and Mr.P.E.Hanna in regard to the levy. ,
The Clerk read the estimates which had been prepared,
whish estimates were di-scussed by the Board.
Anderson mcve, seconded by Caffner, That BE IT 7ESOLVED
AND ORDERED by the town council of Ault that there be and
