DEVELOPMENT CORPO1L~TION FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC ItF~ARING UNDER
CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The rezoning application, #ZM-109 by Pinnacle Development Corporation (POTOMAC CROSSING
SOUTH) for revision of the Zoning District Map from County R-1 to PRN (Planned Residential
Neighborhood) is received and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and
recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.12 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
