AUTHORIZING AN AGltRRMENT AND APPROVING A PEIIFO~CE
GUARANTEE FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EXISTING CATTAIL BRANCH
SEWAGE PUMPING STATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Le~burg in %rn~'.i. as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the pl... approved by the Director of Eagineering and Public Works for an
exp-n.lon of the emergency holding pond at the ox~st~ng Cattail Brauch Sewage Pumping Station.
SECTION I/. The irrevocable lmnk letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney
from First American B. nk in the amount of $22,633.00 is approved as security to guarantee in~ll.tion
of the public improvements shown on pl... approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works
for an exp-n.ion of the emergency holding pond at the -.~i~dng Cattail Branch Sewage l%,mping Station.
