REGULAR MEETING

The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 6:08 p.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Directors Byrd, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the joint roll call for all
f agencies.
Director Rea was absent.

It was moved by Director Byrd, seconded by Vice-Chairman Sanchez and carried

Item #5: Lynwood Heritage Commission -Status Report

~ F The goal of the Heritage Commission is to assist the City of Lynwood in
recreating important periods in history since its inception.
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to
receive and file the information.
Director Rea arrived at 6:20 p.m.
Item #6: Warrant Register
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd to adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 2001.017 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE INFORMATION, INC. OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS
THEREFORE"
