ACCEPTING PUBLICIMPROVE~,NTS, RELRASING THE PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND APPROVING A MAIN~ANCE GUARANTEE FOR
PUBLIC IMPRO~NTS IN FOXRIDGE SUBDIVISION SECTION 5
V~,~, Pulte Home Corporation, the developer of Foxridge Section 5 hs, completed the
public improvements in accorr~n~e with approved plsn, and town standards, and these lmve been
inspected and approved.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesbur~ in Vh~inia as follows:
SECTION I. The irrevocable letter of credit from First Ameri~n _Rsnlr in the mount of
$19,263.00 is released, and a new surety in a form approved by the town attorney for a nmintenance
g~arantee in the amount of $1,710.00 is approved, and shall be in effect for a period of one year from
SECTION II. This release is con~t upon delivery of a properly executed instrument
conveyin~ unto the town all such improvements and easements free of any liens or ~.
