A RESOLUTION:
RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF FIRST POTOMAC
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL, TOWN PLAN
AMENDMENT, AND REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11,
TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of First Potomac Development Company (Tuscarora Farms), for Concept Plan
Approval, Town Plan Amendment, and revision of the Zoning District Map (#ZM-110 from County to
PD-IP to PRN (Planned Residential Neighborhood) is received and referred to the Planning Commi~ion
for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.12 of the 1950 Cede of Virgini~ as
amended.
