A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR 306
HARRISON STREET
PRESENTED June 13, 1989

AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
RESOLVED by the CounMl of the Town of Leesburg ~n Virgin~ as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the p~ns approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for 306
Harr~on Street.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for 306 Harrison Street is approved
in accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION III. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
Signet Bank in the amount of $55,740.00 is approved as security to guarantee instsllstion of the public
improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Publ~c Works for 306
~n Street.
