SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 26, 2001
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 9:10 a.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Directors Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper,
and TreasurerPygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Byrd to adjourn the
meeting and reconvened at Bateman Hall.
Director reconvened at 9:25 a.m.

Item #4: NOTIFICATION FROM AT&7 BROADBAND REGARDING
FRANCHISE FEES
Steven Solar briefed Council on the AT&T Broadband Regarding Franchise
Fees. There will be an increase of about nine (g) cents per month on Cable TV.
effective January 1, 2002.
Chairman Richards referred this Item to the Revenue and Taxation Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
Director Byrd and carried to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
