RESOLUTION NO. 2010-43
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR SLIM'S
LOCATED WITHIN, THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 14, 2010.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as "Slim's"
located within the city limits of7iffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for "Slim's". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of
permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 15th day of September 2010, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa. Councilperson Mike Gericke made a motion for APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF
THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "SLIM'S" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS'OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVE October 14, 2010. Seconded by Council person Travis Weipert.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: None
WHEREUPON, the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that the RESOLUTION 2010-43
APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "SLIM'S" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 14, 2010. by adopted and signified his approval of
the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 15th day of September 2010 and signed by the Mayor on
the 15th day of October 2010.
