A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING A REAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND RESERVED FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, a portion of the general fund for the period ending June 30, 1988, was reserved for
$99,700 in encumbrances outstanding on that date; and
WHERF_a%S, during the fmcal year ending June 30, 1989, $58,863 in prior year encumbrances
have been expended:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A reappropriation of funds is authorized from the general fund reserved fund Imlmnce to the
following departmental budget accounts for prior year expenditures:
