SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 28, 2001
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 9:50 a.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
~~ Directors Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper,
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.

Item #4: LYNWOOD COMMUNITY RESOURCE GUIDE
It was moved by Director Byrd, seconded by Vice Chairman Sanchez to direct
r=. the City Manager to work within a $20,000.00 budget for production of the
i Lynwood Community Resource Guide, and distribute Citywide.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
Director Byrd and carried to adjourn the meeting at 12:10 p.m.
