A RESOLUTION: PRESENTED June 27, 1989 89-126 ADOPTED June 27, 1989 AMENDING POSITIONS AND ~ERS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE TOWN'S SERVICE TO IMPLEMENT FY 1990 BUDGET WHEREAS, the FY 1990 town budget includes fourteen new positions; and WHEREAS, the additional positions must be reflected in our stafl'mg plan: THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: Section I.
