APPOINTING DEPUTY MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT HEAD
wHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has determined that
there is a need to fill the position of Deputy Municipal Department Head to assist
with various community investment and development matters.
WHEREAS, funds are or will be available in the 2004 budget for said purpose;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
Ron McPhee
Is hereby appointed Deputy Municipal Department Head effective May 17, 2004,
at an annual salary of $40,000
Adopted this 6th day of May, 2004
And certified as a true copy of the
Original on May 7, 2004.
