REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 2, 2002
The Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting at 11330 Bullis
Road on the above date at 6:43 p.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
r Directors Byrd, Richards, Rodriguez, Pedroza, Reyes answered the joint roll call for all
agencies.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, Interim City Attorney Montgomery, Secretary
Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act. ~

Item #5: WARRANT REGISTER
It was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Byrd to adopt the Warrant
Register.
RESOLUTION NO. lII 2002.008 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS THEREFORE."

Item #6: REQUEST PARTNER -STATUS REPORT
On November 20`h, 2001, the Lynwood City Council approved an agreement for the
Request Partner System to enhance our current service request process. Since that time
staff has worked with Gov Partner to develop a system for the needs of the City of
Lynwood.
Request Partner System is now operational. The remainder of the implementation will
include staff training and a citizen focus group. The System will be able to be accessed
live via the City's website on May 1, 2002.

It was moved by Director Richazds, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to receive and
file.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Rodriguez, seconded by Director
Pedroza and carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
