AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND
LEESBURG CHRYSLER NISSAN
PREMMNTMD August 8, 1989
ADOPTED August 8, 1989
AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Leesburg Chrysler Nissam
SECTION H. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Leesburg Chrysler Nissan is
approved in accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION HI. The irrevocable bank letter of c~edit in a form approved by the town attorney
from the Bank of Loudoun in the amount of $44,761.20 is approved as security to guarantee
instmllstion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering
and Public Works for Leesburg Chrysler Nissam
