AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR
TAVISTOCK FARMS SECTION 9
RESOLVED by the CounMl of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The msrmger shali execute the contract for public ~nprovements for the
hnprovements shown on the p]ans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Tavistock Farms Section 9.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Tavistock Farms Section 9 is
approved in accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION HI. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney
from Perpetual Savings Bank, F.S.B. in the amount of $192,899.00 is approved as secuMty to guarantee
~nsts{lstion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for Tavistock Farms Section 9.
