"in abstention")
Blind exemption signing—William Johnson; approved
Meeting with citizen Deborah Laurino (and spouse),regarding abatement request for 27
Blue Heron Way. Meeting opened for information, communication and listening
purposes-only to citizen,neighbor and owner of 23 Blue Heron Way, Susanne Tompkins
(and spouse). Offer to abate to $1,101,400. Ken requested response within a week. oct o

Ken led introductory discussion on issue involving three subdivisions where there are N '-
residential vacant lots, considered developable when subdivision plans were submitted,
but which are no longer developable under current Zoning By-law. To be discussed ua
