WHI~, the Borough of Carteret is mandated to have a comprehensive
recycling plan; and
~, the cost of local programs have increased; and
WH~, the County of Middlesex has established a comprehensive
recycling program which the Borough may become a participant;
NOW, 21tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby establishes its interest in the Middlesex
County Program and authorizes the Mayor and Council to investigate the
feasibility of Carteret's involvement with same.
Adopted this 19th day of January, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 1995.
