SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 27, 2002
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood„met in a Special Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:13 p.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
Directors Byrd, Pedroza, Richards, Rodriguez and Reyes answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.

Also present were City Manager Gonzales and City Attorney Montgomery.
City Clerk Hooper and City Treasurer Pygatt were absent.
.Adel Rojas, Administrative Analyst I announced that the agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act.

Item #4: NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT
In addition to the traditional Congress of Cities and Exposition programming, this year
the National League of Cities, IBM and Public Technologies Incorporated will be hosting
E-City.
E-City will be an area in the exhibit hall that will provide information on the latest
technology applications and tools. E-City will provide .information for cities from
various vendors on electronic government and hometown security.
It was moved by Vice Chairman Pedroza, seconded by Director Rodriguez and carried to
receive and file this item.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Vice Chairman Pedroza, seconded by Director Byrd and carried to
adjourn the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
