SPECIAL MEETING
December 6, 2000
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date in the
Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor Hancock called the Special Meeting to order
at 5:35 p.m. In attendance were Councilmembers Kirstin Peterson, Rob
Sweeten, Gregg W. Stucki and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder/Assistant City Manager
Rachel Ellison, Police Chief Michael NaVarre, Police Sergeant Steve
Ross and Police Sergeant Michael Wiler.

The purpose of the Special Meeting was: PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING
1) Selection of Employee Appeals Board Member
Councilmember Bailey moved to appoint Councilmembers Stucki and
Peterson to represent the governing body on the employee appeals board.
Councilmember Sweeten seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0
aye.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:38 p.m.
