Ab'IHORIZING MAYOR TO EXEIIITE T_~i~dl)CAL
SEII¥IC~ AGR~ FOR DOG WARDEI~ SEIIVICES
I~, the Board of Health of the Borough of Carteret has
determined the need for Dog Warden Services within the Borough limits; and
WHI~, the city of Linden has offered said services to the Borough
of Carteret at a cost of $15,154.00 per year, which will include the
picking up of dead animals in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, 7I~, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Borough of
Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Services
Agreement with the City of Linden to provide Dog Warden Services to the
Borough of Carteret at a cost of $15,154.00 for the Year 1995.
Adopted this 19th day of January, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 1995.
