A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING PUBLICIMPROVEMENTS AT THE COOL SPRINGELEMENTARY
SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County School Board has completed the public improvements at Cool
Spring Elementary School in accordance with approved plans and town standards, and these have been
inspected and approved:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as followS:
SECTION I. The public water lines, sanitary sewers and storm sewers installed at Cool Spring
Elementary School are accepted by the Town of Leesburg for ownership and maintenance, and shall
be covered by a warranty for defects in materials or workm-uship for a period of one year from this
date.
SECTION H. This acceptance is contingent upon delivery of a properly executed instrument
conveying unto the town all such improvements and easements free of any liens or charges.
