RESOLUTION NO. 89-200
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR PEER MANOR OFFSITE STORM DRAINAGE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virg~n~a as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Peer Manor Offsite Storm Drainage.
SECTION II. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the Town Attorney
from Metropolitan Federal Savings and Loan Association in the amount of $299,309.00 is approved
as security to guarantee installation of the public improvements shown on plans approved l~y the
Director of Engineering and Public Works for Peer Manor Offsite Storm Drainage.
