AMENDING POSITIONS AND NUMBERS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE TOWN'S
SERVICE TO RECLASIFY THE ZONING OFFICER POSITION TO ASSISTANT
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the administration of zoning permits is increasing at a rapid rate; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the town's growth, additional duties and responsiblities have been
assigned to the current zoning technician; and
WHEREAS, recruitment is underway for a new zoning technician:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The positions and number of employees in the town services established for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1989, are amended as follows:
