AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT GRANT TO VIRGINIA POWER FOR IDA LEE
PARK UTILITY SERVICE
' WHEREAS, an easement is required by Virginia Power to route their underground service to the
Ida Lee Park Recreation Center and the Park and Recreation Department Offices in the Ida Lee
Farmhouse; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide electrical service to both of these facilities; and
WHEREAS, this agreed upon routing is in conformance with the Park Master Plan and does not
conflict with other utilities:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The easement for electrical services is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign the
easement agreement.
