ORDINANCE NO. /~~
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE:
SECTION 1. The enti re boundary of the Ci ty of Bel Ai re is decl ared to
be as described in Exhibit IIA" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Thi s Ordi nance shall be in full force and effect upon its
publication in the official city newspaper.
Passed and adopted by the City Council thi s /9;tj day of 0 ~
1989.
Approved by the Mayor this J~d day of Du~ 1989.

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 24, Township 26 South, Range 1
East of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick County, Kansas; thence East along the North
line of said Section 24 to a point lying 135 feet West of the East line of the
West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24; thence South parallel with
said East line 1123 feet; thence East to the East line of the West 20 acres of
the East Half of said Northwest Quarter; thence South to the South line of the
North Half of Section 24; thence East along said South line to the East line
of Section 24; thence South to a point lying 715 feet North of the Southeast
corner of section 24; thence East 50 feet; thence North 250 feet to the
Northwest corner of Catholic Life 1st Addition; an addition to Bel Aire,

addition; thence Northeasterly 583.49 feet along said boundary said addition;
thence East 880 feet to the Northeast corner of said addition, said point also

South, Range 2 East, Sedgwick County, Kansas; thence North along said East
line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 19 to the Northeast corner of said
Southwest Quarter of Section 19; thence East along said North line of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 19 to the East line of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 19; thence South along the East line of the West
Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 19, to the North line of 45th
