253.1 SUBJECT: ORGANIZATION AND POLICY
:1..OBJECTIVE:
Provide an advisory body for the development and operation of the Harry P. Leu
Gardens.
:2..AUTHORITY:
This procedure amended by City Council November 1, 1993.
:3..DIRECTION:
Board of Trustees, in accordance with provisions of the referenced deeds.
:4..FUNCTIONS:
Serves as an advisory board for the control, operation, management, maintenance
and care of the Harry P. Leu Gardens.
:5..FORMS:
None.
:6..COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
:7..REFERENCE:
Warranty Deeds: #798605 dated December 27, 1962, and #798606 dated
December 21, 1961. Procedure adopted by City Council August 11, 1969, Item
37; reviewed and found current April 12, 1975, Item 32; reviewed and found
current June 20, 1977, Item 4; amended February 19, 1979, Item 16; amended
