The regular meeting pf the Bel Harbour Village council was held
Monday, October 19,"1953.
All the members of the councirwere present.
Also present were W. H. Webb, Village Manager and Mary Wetterer,
Village Clerk.
On motion of Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Beatty, the reading Of the
minutes of the previous Besting of September 21, 1953 was dispensed with.
Mr. Webb reported that the'work on the sanitary sewer line extent—
sion at Lot 15 of the Oceanfront Section of Bay Harbor had been completed and ]
that R. E. Vaughan, Inc. had been paid $954.00 for this work. He asked that ,
the council confirm the expenditures on this Work and that the KenilwOrth
Corporation be assessed the total amount of the expenditure. Theraapon On "
motion of Mr. Brown, Seconded by Mr. Collins, it was unanimously voted to
confirm theie expenses.
The Village Olerk-reported that renewal applicati60 had been -filed
by Fincher Motors, Inc. and Gunnar V. Lind for Taxi perMitevand-H—Erive—It -
renewal applicatiens by Fincher Motors, Inc. and Morse Auto Rentals, Inc, tin -
motion of Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. HtokelY, it was unanimously voted that .
these licenses be renewed.
There being no further business before the meeting on mOtion dtly
made, seconded, and carried the'meeting Was adieurned. *
