RESOLUq~ION NO. 89- 231
ADOPTED November 14, 1989
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR THE STAR PONTIAC VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manmger shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the
Star Pontiac Vehicle Storage Facility.
SECTION II. A perform-nce guarantee in a form approved by the town attorney in the amount
of $80~250.00 is approved as security to guarantee ins*~ll,tion of the public improvements shown on
plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the Star Pontiac Vehicle Storage
Facility.
