A RESOLUTION: AUTHOR!ZUqG AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER EXTENSION PERM1TS FOR TAVISTOCK FARMS
OFFSITE WATEt~I JNE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The msrmger shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Tavistock Farms Offsite Waterline.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water for the Tavistock Farms Offsite Waterline is
approved in accordance with Section 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION IH. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
Perpetual Savings Bank FSB in the amount of $50,663.00 is approved as security to guarantee
installation of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for the Tavistock Farms Offsite Waterline.
