HomeMy Public PortalAboutPAGE 35 ett REGULAR MEETING. March 6th,1923. A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M. Trustees; Anderson,Burman, Fullmer,GafnerlHasbrouck and Newell were present. Minutes of the proceeding meeting read and approved. Anderson moved seconded by Hasbrouck, That Mr C.H.Frye, Mrs M.E.Xirby and Mrs Marjorie Riedel serve as Election Judges for the coming year,All present vote Yea. The Clerk was instructed that the proper notices be placed in the Ault Advertiser in regard to Election. The applications of M.F.Oesterle and H.N.Davis for the job of attending to the Parks and Cemetery were refored to the Street and Alley Committee for action. The Clerk read the report of the condition of the water as anilized by the State Chemist at Boulder. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Gafner, That the report be made a part of the minutes of this meeting.All present vote Aye. The report is as follows; Sample No 1 Bacteria 1260 per C.C.,No Colon. The Board of Trustees inspected the Town Jail and the Police Committee was instructed to obtain new bedding. Mr Hasbrouck reported the result of his investigation in regard to buying a new safe for the Town Hall.
